In the mid1990s, with the rapid development of IT industry, thehuman society has undergone profound changes,and the world economyhas gradually shift from the industrial economy into a knowledgeeconomy. In the knowledge economy era, core competitiveness of theenterprise can only be knowledge and skills, and the knowledge workersof the enterprise is the most important creators and carriers of knowledgeand skills. In the knowledge economy era, the knowledge staff hasbecome an important source of enterprise value appreciation. Giving fullplay to the knowledge worker’s enthusiasm and creativity plays adecisive role in the fast and steady development of the enterprise. Withthe knowledge economy era, human management activities enters anupdated and higher historical stage, and advocating morality, pursuit ofmanagement ethics has become a irresistible trend in modern enterprisemanagement development. Therefore the paper,from the enterprisehuman resources management ethics dimension and knowledge workersperformance dimension, researches enterprise human resourcesmanagement ethic’s effect on knowledge workers performance, and thenformulates tactics for improving knowledge workers performance.Firstly, this paper summarizes interrelated literature of enterprisehuman resources management ethics and knowledge workersperformance which is based on management, ethics, and management ethics. Secondly, according to knowledge workers’ characteristics, thispaper designs enterprise human resources management ethicsquestionnaire and knowledge workers performance questionnaire. On thebasis of inspecting for reliability and validity of questionnaires, it definesthe enterprise human resources management ethics dimension andknowledge workers performance dimension with the factor analysis.Thirdly, on the basis of certain hypotheses, this paper establishes apresumptive model of enterprise human resources management ethic’seffect on knowledge workers performance. And then according to theinvestigation questionnaire data, it carries on the hierarchical regressionanalysis between enterprise human resources management ethics andknowledge workers performance with the SPSS15.0to validate thehypotheses, and obtains a conclusion of enterprise human resourcesmanagement ethic’s effect on knowledge workers performance.Before using the hierarchical regression analysis, this paper choosesgender, work seniority and education degree as the controlled variables toeliminate the influence of individual differences. Finally, it puts forwardtactics and suggestions to promote knowledge workers performance.
