With the rapid development of modern enterprises into the employees the knowledge and skills become valuable corporate resources and core competencies. In this context, staff training to improve staff knowledge and skills as an important means in the enterprise management highlighted the importance of, and play an irreplaceable role. More staff training in this instrument as a research object management system, through comprehensive analysis of employee training management system, instrument status, mining and analysis of outstanding issues arising root of the problem, trying to reconstruct the device management system, staff training, methods to solve problems and improve staff training management level. Staff in the training system on the instrument construction, the focus on staff training needs analysis, training, implementation and management, training, assessment and training of security building measures, designed to make the new employee training management system built for enterprise development needs of enterprises operating in objective to maximize the effectiveness of the process.
