Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises. New employees as the corecompetitiveness of corporate in the future, play a critical role to the development ofenterprises. Nowadays, an increasing number of companies pay more attention to thedevelopment of their new employees. They try to train their new workers in order toadjust to the new work setting, improve skills and self value, and create the greatperformance. So under the new situation, this is the higher challenge for all thechinese enterprises.In this thesis, Tianjin Port NO.2company is the object of research. Byanalyzing the new staff skills training development, the thesis reveals some of thedisadvantages of the new staff skills training development works in this company. Theworks are very weak in the target setting, demand analysis, implement and enforce,and effect evaluation. Those disadvantages influence the future development andmarket competitiveness guarantee of the company. And they are harmful for thecompany to achieve strategic goals. By analyzing the problems of new staff skillstraining development of the company and combining the company practice, thecompany can change the new staff from being passive to being active in skills trainingdevelopment. In order to do that the company should apply the modern advancedskills training development concepts, theories and methods. Such as demandthree-elements model and four-dimensional effect evaluation and model. By usingthose models, the company can analyze the demand of new staff skills developmentand make specific skills training development plans. To guarantee the smoothimplementation of the plan in the training development work and to assess andsummarize the entire skills training development work, the company can improve andperfect the new staff skills training development system. This study has superiortheoretical significance and practical application value in the new staff skills trainingdevelopment.
