Today, science changing rapidly, and it has never been so powerful. Science not only has won the diseases caused massive death of human, but also liberated human beings from heavy manual work and trivial repeatable, dangerous work, it is making the human race run in history track at an unprecedented speed But meanwhile science also has a strong destroying ability: environmental pollution, ecological destruction, large-scale biochemical and weapons of mass destruction, bring human dignity and life into a serious threat. In this case, the role of science gradually began to shake. Especially the current market economy and merchandise society, in which people's primary objective of activity is to benefit, science seems to be turning to meet the needs of high spending crowd, ignored and abandoned the basic human requirements and universal demand which could not be immediately satisfied, Science can't evade any more, people also can't evade the basic question– what is the goal of the science exactly? Science's aim is not just to pursue truth, also is not only a scientific problem-solving tool, but the most important objective is for human benefit. Nowadays, people's livelihood science is the most realistic embodiment to the goal of benefiting mankind. Only let scientists, private companies, governments and other stakeholders to be the livelihood of the people oriented, to establish relevant systems and cooperation mechanism, and the scientific benefits first bring to those people who have not yet been felt scientific benefits, then can cause the scientific development of a genuine towards avenues, benefit the whole mankind.
