Research On Economic Justice Of Development Of The People's Livelihood Science And Technology

Based on the context of global scientific and technological competition,this paper forms the concept of economic justice from the perspective of philosophy of science and technology,and through the analysis of the concept of economic justice in the field of science and technology,forms the theoretical analysis framework of economic justice for the development of science and technology.In terms of methods,this paper constructs the economic justice view of the scientific and technological development of the people's livelihood through the method of text analysis from the perspective of the philosophy of science and technology.After the analysis of the theoretical framework,this paper chooses the research and development of clean energy science and technology as a typical case for specific analysis,and tries to put forward governance principles and countermeasures for the economic justice of the development of science and technology for people's livelihood.This paper consists of four chapters:The first chapter introduces the origin of this study.Through the literature review of the concept of economic justice,the relationship between science and technology of people's livelihood and economic development,and the research and development of clean energy science and technology at home and abroad,we get inspiration and ideas,and give specific research methods and main innovations.The second chapter is the construction of the theoretical analysis framework.First of all,through the discussion of the justice and benefit debate on the public and positive dimension of the relationship between science and technology and economy,this paper obtains the concept of economic justice from the perspective of philosophy of science and technology,and analyzes the meaning of economic justice under the background of scientific and technological innovation competition.Secondly,further put the concept of economic justice into the global perspective,in-depth discussion of the nature of economic justice and the root causes of economic justice problems,combined with the current specific practice to explore the existing livelihood issues,get the complex performance of economic justice in the field of science and technology.Finally,through the fair analysis of the economic goal of the scientific and technological development of the people's livelihood--resource allocation--achievement sharing,combined with the five-helix structure of the scientific and technological development of the people's livelihood and the economic justice of industry,learning,research,the public and the environment,this paper puts forward the theoretical analysis framework of economic justice for the scientific and technological development of people's livelihood from theperspective of philosophy of science and technology,and lays the theoretical foundation for the follow-up case analysis and countermeasures and suggestions.In the third chapter,taking the research and development of clean energy science and technology as a case,the economic inequality involved in the process of science and technology research and development is analyzed and studied.First of all,this paper introduces the basic situation of clean energy science and technology research and development,and briefly explains the background of the times,the process of emergence and development,and characteristics.Secondly,it summarizes the economic justice and imbalance of clean energy science and technology research and development.Finally,the root causes of the imbalance of economic justice in clean energy science and technology research and development are explored and analyzed.The fourth chapter puts forward the mechanism and governance of the economic justice of the scientific and technological development of people's livelihood on the basis of the first two chapters.First of all,it deduces the internal relationship between the scientific and technological development of people's livelihood and economic justice.Secondly,Jane simply combs the governance principles of economic justice in the development of science and technology of people's livelihood,and finally gives the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of science and technology of people's livelihood.
