The Study Of Corporate Social Responsibility And Protection Of Labor Rights Of Migrant Workers

In recent years,as the international corporate social responsibility campaign development and the deepening of China's foreign exchange,corporate social responsibility concepts and ideas were introduced into China which aroused widespread concern.One of the most important aspects in corporate social responsibility campaign is the protection of labor rights,therefore the corporate social responsibility campaign launched can promote corporate to pay attention in large part to the protection of labor rights.At present,the large number of Chinese migrant workers has already become the main force of China's enterprises workers.Although,migrant workers in the economic development of China's cities have made major contributions,their legal labor rights are frequently violated:the wage level of migrant workers is very low,the company are even malicious behind in laborer's payment,unscrupulous extend their work time,they don't provide the proper security facilities and labor insurance supplies,don't sign labor contracts with migrant workers,and don't participate in legal social security,etc. These are contrary to what we have advocated the construction of corporate social responsibility.The thesis studied on the protection of labor rights of migrant workers in China from the perspective of corporate social responsibility,in accordance with logic thinking of leading to the issue,describing,analyzing and solving the problem,elaborated the theory of corporate social responsibility and international corporate social responsibility standards,exposed Chinese enterprises'the status of violating labor rights of migrant workers,analyzed of inside and outside factors on the constraints of enterprise to undertake the corporate social responsibility,and proposed the corresponding countermeasure from the enterprises themselves, the government and the social promotion that protect of labor rights of migrant workers through the implementation of corporate social responsibility,build harmonious labor relations, and realize the enterprise benefit and the migrant workers benefit Win-win,promote society harmony and social civilization development.
