The lost-sales Inventory system to solve the optimal order quantity, is the core of supply chain management; especially when demand is the solution of discrete variables. In this paper, we mainly focus on the two—period lost—sales inventory system under the objective of minimizing the total cost,then analyze the optimal ordering quantity in each petiod.Finally,we obtain the expression of the first period and second as well.
