Since china's reform and opening-up drive, the private construction enterprises in china have developed for 30 years which have been an important force for the construction of state economic. Meanwhile, a large number of success enterprises have already been on the road of upsizing the scale. In 2005, the state department had issued the first public document on the economy development of non-public sector----"some suggestions of supporting and inducing the economy development of non-public sector" which brought more developing chance and challenge for large-scale private construction enterprises. In the good policy condition, how to achieve a better place among the large-scale state-owned construction enterprise group establishing the modern corporate structure and private construction enterprise group is a serious and urgent problem for advanced supervisors in these enterprises. Unlike the surface condition, many enterprise groups had encountered a bottleneck restricting their sustainable development----human resource problem. With the development of construction technique and innovation of management science, human resource is always the restricting factor for the sustainable development of enterprises. Especially, lacking of high qualified technique and management staff is the weakness of private construction enterprises which make them be in the dry tree between the competitions with state-owned construction enterprises. At the beginning of private construction enterprises, manpower shortage is obvious. During the process of development, since the dated family management, lacking the attention to human resource, scientific staff performance appraisal system and effective staff motivation system, the human resources have been in disequilibrium and serious deficient. Therefore, in order to absorb human resource, arouse the potential, as well as promote their work motivation and raise the cohesive force in enterprise, it is necessary to build direct and effective staff motivation system.The object of this article is private construction enterprise group. It uses the correlation theory of principles of management, organization behavioristics and statistics, analyzes the advanced experiences of motivation system of foreign private construction enterprise group. According to the questionnaire survey, I investigate the staff demanding towards the motivation methods. Contrasting to the success management experiences of foreign private construction enterprise groups, I formulate the detail program me to build the large-scale private construction enterprise in china. This article is aim to supply reference and suggestions to the innovation of motivation system of private construction enterprise group in new era.
