At the knowledge economic times based on high technology and information,technologic innovation has been the key factor making an enterprise to obtain core competence and gain competitive superiority. Technician staff not only own a lot of systematize knowledge but also abundant experience about present task.Nowadays they play an important role during the course of technologic innovation action. As the reform of state-owned enterprise is more and more deepener, and the processing of marketing is being accelerated constantly.Only appling traditional methods of motivation which are not suitable to manage technician staff of modern enterprises are often make enterprises fall in trouble. Therefore, how to set up the mode of incentive which can suit for the market-driven economy, stimulate the potential of the technician staff, promote the competitiveness of enterprises, it is a key to make the success and realize the state-owned assets' preserving and the value-adding. This article summarized the technology staff's characteristic and feather, especially thought that the political factor which influenced the technology staff was an important one of characteristics which should be taken;then analyzed the current embarrassment which the technology staff drove, has had the reason.Through the classics motivation theory review, the article designed a synthesis drive model.This model contained the needed theory, the double factor theory, the expected theory, the fair theory, the strengthened theory.The model logical relations succinctly had indicated the use of drive theory and the process which drove to the staff, the manager may understand drive process and the correlation of drive theories by this model.In person's supposition theory, this article thought drives in the process in the staff besides the management study in about person's four kind of suppositions, but also should consider person's many behaviors motive which the market economic theory proposed stems from individual personal gain supposition, namely the person is whipped by its economic activities to pursue own benefit is the basic motive.Finally, according to technology staff's characteristic, the demand, the motivation principle and the question that existed in the process of motivation, based on the theory of motivation the article has further studied the strategy which drove to the technology staff.
