With the rapid development of the world economy, the global market competition isbecoming increasingly fierce, and the market demand is constantly changing. For Kanghe Pharmaceutical Group, group’s competitiveness has played a decisive role in more than just the company’s products, as well as the group’s ability to make full use of human resources and to play the advantages of talent. Motivation plays a very important role in a company’s human resource management. Kanghe Pharmaceutical Group has a series of incentives, but with the development of the company and the environment changes, the existing incentive system has been unable to adapt to these. Therefore, how to motivate employees and mobilize their enthusiasm has become an important issue to be resolved.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the study, then the content and method of the research, this paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and theory and practice to study how to improve the incentive status of Kanghe Pharmaceutical Group. Next, this paper introduces the literature review of the incentive,which provides the theoretical basis for the analysis of the current situation of the incentive problem and the improvement measures. Then according to the results of the questionnaire survey, the status quo of Shenzhen Kanghe Pharmaceutical Group’s incentive are analyzed,mainly found salary incentive, staff training and occupation channel company problems, and then from the reality of the three aspects of the detailed analysis of the main causes of these problems. Then according to these three aspects of the problems of incentive, take corresponding countermeasures. And then introduces the protection measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the measures, including corporate cultural security, publicity work,organizational security and financial security. Finally come to the conclusion that the incentive mechanism of Kanghe Pharmaceutical Group should be accompanied by the development of continuous improvement, in this process, should pay attention to the following aspects: the incentive mechanism should be matched with other mechanisms; the use of incentive mechanism to timely; incentive mechanism should be continuous; only fair competition can have incentive effect; reasonable use of negative incentives.
