Research On Current Entrepreneurship Situation And Countermeasures In Developing Rural Area

With persistent and rapid development of China's economy, comprehensive national strength and national income levels were significantly increased.However, the subsequent differences between urban and rural, regional differences, the "three dimensional rural issues" are becoming prominent problems. We call on farmers to start an undertaking because it is an important way to increase income of farmers and bring about more employment opportunities. Government should encourage and support more farmers to work on entrepreneurship, on the one hand, it can speed up the process of rural surplus labor shift, on the other hand,it can promote rural development in agricultural and non-agricultural industries. Entrepreneurship is a great help for eliminating dual economy and reducing the urban-rural differences,further more, entrepreneurship bears great significance for planning rural and urban economic as a whole,I research farmers entrepreneurship because it is pressing for the nation.This thesis includes the following main parts:(1)The author briefly describes entrepreneurship theories in rural area,then explains the connotation and extension of entrepreneurial farmers, and analyzes impact of entrepreneurship factors from the macro-level.(2)The author analyzes entrepreneurship situation in developing rural area,including the overall entrepreneurship situation of China, then compares the differences between less developed areas and developed areas, at last, analyzes influencing factors of entrepreneurship in rural area.(3)The author introduces a town called LvCongpo in western Hubei, and describes the entrepreneurship situation of farmers with survey paper. Then based on the relevant research results, the author establishes entrepreneurial farmers evaluation index system and uses multivariate linear model to analyze the overall score of entrepreneurship, further more, the author analyzes relationship between entrepreneurship benefit and influencing factors of entrepreneurship.The author gets the results through empirical analysis of entrepreneurial performance factors:the knowledge and skills, entrepreneurial time, the main reason for entrepreneurship, gender, business awareness, entrepreneurial risk, age, family support situation. (4)Binding on the empirical analysis results, The author gives some countermeasures to enhance the capacity of entrepreneurship in developing rural area.The innovation of this thesis:(1)I make my own opinion about the characteristics of entrepreneurs which is a main influencing factor of entrepreneurial farmers, the characteristics of entrepreneurs includes many factors, such as their own quality (personal talent, knowledge, experience, moral character, etc.); entrepreneurial skills (professional and technical, management, marketing, risk management, public relations, etc.); entrepreneurial spirit (work, business awareness, opportunity identification and use, innovation, etc.); economic conditions (financial, production, human resources, etc.).(2)When I construct the influencing factors index system, I plus the number of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial time, whether the entrepreneurial activities influenced by others or not, the main source of funds and other new indicators.(3)I use multiple linear regression model to analyze relationship between the influencing factors of entrepreneurial and overall score of these factors, further more, I analyze relationship between entrepreneurship benefit(net profit) and influencing factors of entrepreneurship.
