The Research On Landscape Planning And Design Of Tourist Resort Dominated By Experience

With the development of society and economy, the individual's fortune and leisure has been increased and vacation tourism is welcome to more and more people,so the experience tourism is inevitable trend in experience economy era. Nowadays, the types of tourist resort increasingly rich, the function of tour holiday-spending area are more and more multiple,the demand of individual are paid more attention by people.This paper was based on the study of environment perception of tourism landscape planning and design of tourism and ecological principle. The paper was conducted by the idea of experience design according to vision, hearing, taste, sense of smell and touch.The ideas, goals and principles of the planning of the tourist resort of experience type even including the strategy of landscape construction of experience type was proposed, and taking JiaoYan tourism leisure resort which is in YanShan county JiangXi province as an example. The main achievements are as follows:(1) It is pointed out that the characteristics of landscape of tourist resort of experience type included the profoundity of landscape culture, the mode of expressing of subject is multiple, the duality to express landscape, the experience property of landscape fuction and the sustainable development of tourist resort.(2) The idea of planning of the the tourist resort of experience type was through the cyclic model to connection between people's emotion and landscape. The principle mainly included:sustainable principles, integeral principles, unique principles,participative principles and the thematic principles.(3) Proposed the basic strategy of landscape construction of experience type mainly included:improved the diversity of landscape function and emphasized the participation.Then proposed the strategy to construct human landscape of experience property, waterscape of experience property, plant landscape of experience property and environmental landscape of experience property. Finally, pointed out that the strategy of landscape construction must unite human landscape, waterscape, plant landscape and environmental landscape to create rich and profound landscape of experience property.(4) Through summarized the basic types and levels of tourism experience, the paper proposed the classification of landscape of experience property which based on scene spots and project. Furthermore, proposed the function division and project planning of resort based on the types of landscape.In concrete cases, the classification of resort may into account.Then provided some suggestion of project planning. Finally, proposed the mode of tourist line planning which based on experience.(5) The paper analyzed the quality and characteristics of landscape resources of the JiaoYan tourism leisure resort which is in YanShan county JiangXi province which based on theoretical study. It proposed the idea of planning of experience type and planning layout and project planning of JiaoYan tourism leisure resort.The study indicated that landscape planning and design which based on experience has reference value and feasibility in tourist resort construction.Hoped the study has new contribution to construct the landscape of tourist resort, and to some extent in rich of the related theory of landscape planning and design of tourist resort.
