The Research On Development Of The Logistics Park On Basis Of Ecology Theory

Along with the rise of the logistics industry, logistics parks are thriving across the country. The impact on stimulating the local economy by constructing logistics parks is apparent. However, it also contains lots of problems.First, this thesis has summarized the main problems of construction of logistics parks by analyzing the current situation of logistics parks. These problems include blind-building, lack of planning; obvious vicious competition phenomena; unnecessary construction scale; the serious conflict between the park development and environment.Second, by adopting the ecological theory as a guide, the article has carried out the main idea, the logistics park development could be divided into three stages in ecological perspective, namely, "species implantation" stage; "population development" stage; "stable canopy" stage. The logistics park and biological communities have strong similarities, at the same time, the two also have differences. The similarities mainly reflect in the structure similarity, system function similarity, level system similarity and so on. The differences are the basic constituent units of the two; the initiative of two members in entry and exit the park or community; the intervention of human activities on the development of them; the relationship between the two and environment resources. The article pointed out that, the ecosystems relationship such as the mutual symbiosis, competition and auto parasitism growth also exist between enterprises.Finally, based on the above analysis, based on ecology theory, this thesis raised out some opinions and suggestions for the development of China's logistics park. At the government level, a comprehensive protection policy of the development of modern logistics system should be sound; in order to strengthen self-discipline of the logistics industry, the logistics industry associations should be formed; strengthen personnel training and logistics research. At the logistic park level, the park construction planning should be reasonable; the strategy of niche overlap differentiation should be implemented; the implementation of environmental logistics strategies.
