The Research On Operation Model Of Logistics Park Based On Automobile Industry Cluster

Now industry cluster has a strong vitality and development potential, but the lag of specialized logistics service system has seriously affected the industry cluster advantages. Especially for the automotive industry of the relatively strong dependence of the efficiency of logistics, the logistics system of sound ensures vehicle logistics needs of JIT production and personalized in the automobile industry cluster, modern logistics industry is a powerful driving force of automobile industry cluster development. Therefore, it has become a series of urgent tasks that explore low-cost, high efficiency, high efficiency intensive, professional way in the automobile industry cluster. This paper considers that the establishment of Logistics Park of large-scale, intensive, and suitable for automobile industry cluster features is the key to solve this problem. The automobile Industry Cluster and the supporting logistics park can form the positive interaction and common development.This paper first introduced the basic theories of automobile industry cluster and Logistic Park, on the basis, the coupling between them was analyzed. Then it in-depth analyzed the regional distribution characteristics, market potentials and the core competitiveness of China's automobile industry cluster, and automobile industry cluster logistics system current situation and the existence questions, such as self-logistics-based, logistics infrastructure is small and scattered, information level is low, automobile logistics standard is not unified, etc. And based on this, this paper put forwards the idea of constructing the logistics park of China's automobile industry cluster, and analyzed its necessity; Then Logistics Park's operation mode of automobile industry cluster was studied. The operation mode of the automobile logistics park is classified the operation management mode, the choice model and profit model of settled enterprises from the perspective of business model. Operational and management mode is analyzed mainly from the park's main investors and operators, the responsibility and the role of gvernment. For the selection of settled enterprises, it constructed the evaluation model of the logistics business by gray system theory and AHP in order to assess whether the logistics enterprises are qualified. For the profit model, the profit models were respectively designed from the automobile Logistic Park's investors,operators and the settled logistics enterprises. Finally, an example case was studied by building automobile industry cluster's Logistic Park in the open area in Chengdu. It proved that the establishment of the Logistic Park can effectively promote the development of automobile industry cluster.
