The Research Of Industry Park Development Basing The Direction Of Industry Cluster

Since 1980's, capturing the opportunity of the world's industries transfer, China have built many industry parks which have good performance during past twenty years. At the same time, these industry parks still have some problems. The biggest problem is many companies just concentrate in parks but lack well layout and "Agglomeration Economics". Recently, no matter in practice or in theory, industry cluster attracts much attention because it can give birth to "Agglomeration Economics" and evidently promote the development of region economy. Industry park and industry cluster are two partly intersectant but distinctive concepts. Industry cluster affords a new angle of view for industry parks' development.Linking industry park and industry cluster, this article focuses on the relationship between the two ones and brings afford an industry park development model and support system basing the direction of industry cluster. At first, on the base of explaining the status and problems of Chinese industry parks and the advantage of industry cluster, the article deduces the relationship between industry park and industry cluster. Then basing the practice of industry park and industry cluster in china and some existing related theory, the article puts afford the industry park development model basing the direction of industry cluster which consisting of development conditions, development path and support system. Sequentially, the article explains the concrete content and breeding methods of development conditions and support system respectively.
