An Empirical Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Resources And Entrepreneurial Performance

With economic development and promoting technological innovation, the atmosphere of entrepreneurial activity has become intense worldwide. Lots of entrepreneurs engaged in various entrepreneurial activities. The research of entrepreneurship now is one of the fastest growing directions in the field of management, more and more scholars begin to pay attention to business, the results of research in this area are endless. The relationship between business resources and business performance is an important part of the study, how entrepreneurial resources affect business performance and ultimately what the impact on business performance is, they also draw increasing attention of scholars. This study is aimed at business resources and business performance.In this paper, there is a deep research between business resources (Policy resources,Information resources,Science resources,Capital resources,Management resources,Human resources) and business performance (Finance performance,Growth performance) on the basis of theoretical research at home and abroad. In research methodology, this paper uses both theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods.Firstly, this article describes the background of this problem, significance, research methodology; Secondly, we review the literature of previous studies at home and abroad and analysis the relationship between entrepreneurial performance based on the use of entrepreneurial point of view and get the initial model and hypothesis;Finally, this paper uses software of SPSS16.0 for data analysis and the validation of hypothesis and initial model, then clarify the inner link between business resources and entrepreneurial performance.Through the analysis of this paper, the conclusion is as follows:there is a positive correlation between business resources and business performance. Among them, the science resources,fund resources and human resources are positively related with finance performance, policy resources,information resources and management resources are positively correlated with growth performance. This paper draws proposals to improving business resources and enhancing business performance on the base of summary the relationship of business resources and business performance and provides reference for company.The main innovations of this paper lies in combining the development of Dalian, and choose the small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object. Then divide the resource into policy resources, information resources, science and technology resources, fund resources, management resources and human resources, and the performance is divided into two dimensions (entrepreneurship) financial performance and the growth performance. It is not only for improving the start-up enterprise's performance, provides a new way of thinking, but also beneficial to deeply understand the inner link between resource dimensions and entrepreneurial performance. Therefore the content of this paper have a certain innovation. In addition, the research methods of the paper are qualitative and quantitative. They combine the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical research.They not only offset the research limitations in entrepreneurship research, but also for research of future. Therefore, the research methods have some new ideas.
