Currently, the societies from all walks of life to college students'employment difficult problems have very concern. And they are all try to do something for the college students to find work. But generally, they only staring their eye at college students how to find work and the process of they looking for their job. We are all have rarely concerned with they exactly do, good or bad, after they find their work.In fact, many new college students to work a variety of reasons employees leave, of which there are many change jobs frequently. The high employee turnover rate of new college students to work both for the business or the students themselves are unfavorable. Therefore, in this research we make the new student staffs marked on the survey first, we interviews more than a dozen managers who in charge of personnel of well-known enterprises according to predetermined questionnaires, and then analyzed the results of the survey and the interview. We found that about half of the students employees in the new job soon or are likely to leave. In this paper, based on the survey and interview, we analyzed the tendencies reasons for their turnover, and their really idea, and then stood in the manager's perspective analyzed how to effectively retain them, management, guidance and even reuse them to reduce their turnover rate, reduce the businesses and their own losses. The article is divided into 8 chapters:preface, theoretical basis, analyzes the new college student staff's high turnover rate and their reasons, the countermeasures of the new college student staffs high turnover rate of enterprises, pay attention to the work to training of new hires employees, strengthen the incentive to keep students keep recruits allover, strengthen communication and guide college students to keep employees and the conclusion and the outlook.In this study, we used questionnaire and interview. After the study we conclude that: At present, the new participate in the work college students have the high rate of employee turnover. New participate in the work students of high rate of employee turnover will bring a lot of negative impact to the development of enterprises and the college students employee themselves. There are many reasons lead the new participate in the work students of a high rate of employee turnover, not high pay benefits is one of the most important reason. As business managers, at first, appropriately increasing the salaries and benefits of the new participate work students employee. On this basis, we hold induction training for their characteristics, improve the management level, enhance motivation and management them, strengthen communication, understanding and reasonable guidance them, all these will be helpful to reduce the employee turnover rate of the new participants work college students, the rapid development of enterprises, increasing employment quality of students staff and enhance their own quality as well as social harmony and stability are very helpful. This conclusion to absorb a lot of new employees to work college students'employment of enterprise managers and employees itself is an important reference meaning. This conclusion both to the enterprise managers which absorb of a large number of new students to participate in the work and even the college students themselves has a very important reference.
