The Study Of Hierarchical Division Method Of Logistics Nodes Cities And Its Application In Shandong Province

As the promulgation of the 10^thstate planning, logistics industrial as one of themis paid high attention again. From the macro-point, reasonable logistics planning hasstrong promoting effect to regional economic. The layout of logistics nodes is one ofimportant contents of planning. So it is very meaningful to know the layout andmaster the hierarchical division from the lengthways point. The method system oflogistics nodes hierarchical division is studied taking Shandong Province for exampleand using systemic analysis method such as comparative method and the methodcombing quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The logistics nodes basaltheory is studied based on the regional logistics theory which is dug from the regionaleconomics theory to clear the basal theory of studied problem. Then the category isdefined and the logistics nodes are elected by introducing the concept of logisticsquantity. And the influencing factors of logistics level are analyzed from the point ofregional economics. The evaluating index system of logistics comprehensive level isconstructed by analyzing the logistics influencing factors using the method of PESTand electing the evaluating indicators by the otherness and relativity indictors basedon systematical theory. The method of gray correlative analysis and gray clusteringanalysis based on gray theory is preferred through the comparative studying ofcomprehensive evaluating method, clustering method and discriminate methodelecting the method combing the characteristics of the studied object and methods.Based on that these methods are integrated and the method of clustering method ofdouble weight based on gray theory which is validated and analyzed by takingShandong Province for example. The result of getting from mixed method isintegrated to get the planning result of Shandong Province which can supply someadvice about the planning of Shandong Province and clear the logistics position ofeach nodes city realizing the win-win of the social economics and the government.
