Urban logistics nodes, the junctions of urban logistics lines and logistics corridors, are playing an important connecting role in entire logistics system of city with great influence on urban economic development, proper use of urban land and fully functions of urban transportation. The study on division system and spatial relevancy of urban logistics nodes is very important for uncovering the internal structure of urban logistics system, rational planning and construction of large urban logistics nodes (logistics park, logistics center).Firstly, on the basis of review and summary of international and domestic research and relative theories of urban logistics nodes, the dissertation analyzed the division system of urban logistics nodes, connotation,type and mechanisms of spatial relevancy of urban logistics. secondly, to study urban logistics nodes division system and spatial relevancy,in order to analysis influence factor and principles of urban logistics nodes and spatial distribution.. lastly, to demonstrate and analysis Shanghai urban logistics nodes spatial distribution, apply for some suggestions to the spatial optimization distribution of Shanghai urban logistics nodes.Conclusions of this study:Many logistics nodes with different functions, multiple types and distinct layers make up the division system of urban logistics nodes which is influenced by city status, industrial structure and sophistication of transportation system. Different city has different division system of urban logistics nodes. Urban logistics demand, reasonable quantity, size as well as type should be taken into account when construct urban logistics nodes, in order to avoid waste of the land,the resources and the facilities.Spatial relevancy of urban logistics nodes is essentially dynamic relationship in urban space. With the social development and specialization of economic activity, spatial relevancy of urban logistics nodes should continue to change. The cycle of this change is closely related to cycle of social development and specialization of economic activity. Mechanism of spatial relevancy of urban logistics nodes is mechanism of supply chain, logistics information platform, the channel of traffic as well as government intervention. The government intervene spatial association of urban logistics nodes by urban planning and logistics industry planning. Urban logistics planning plays a part in promoting the development of urban logistics.Logistics nodes in Shanghai are distinct layers, multiple functions and various types. However the spatial association of urban logistics nodes is lagging behind the logistics demand which is increased by the development of economy. Four districts of Shanghai, songjiang, jiading, qinpu, jinshan, need to speed up the construction of logistics nodes. The logistics park is required in songjiang district. Around the logistics park, Baoshan district and Pudong New district should integrate logistics center and logistucs distribution center, achieve correlation effects about space of logistics nodes. The outer ring of Putuo district and Minhang district are the accumulation area of logistics enterprise and express delivery enterprises, so the integration of logistics resources and logistics and distribution center are needed to prevent waste of logistics resources.
