Agricultural Technology Innovation Systems Research Which Based On The Food Security In China

Country takes the people as this,food is what matters to the people. The grain is a special commodity used to stabilize the world and an important strategic resources, the foundation of survival and development for human beings. As ours is a large country of grain production and consumption occupying 1/4 of the world population , safeguarding the food security in China and solving the eating problem well are not only the major event which the Chinese government always cares about, but one of focal points in the world . Although the overall situation about our country food security is good, the food security safeguard foundation is quite frail, and the food security is in the tight balance. Building the agricultural technology innovation system that suits our country present stage, impelling the progress in the agricultural technology innovation, and enhancing the technical contribution to the grain production, in order to sharpen our synthesis productivity in the grain , are the basic measures to strengthen the level of the country food security safeguard in our country.This article focuses on an analysis of the present situation of the food security in our country ,which analyzes in detail the overall condition of food security in our country, the result we have obtained, the food security restriction factors in our country and the measures of safeguarding our food security , and further points out that depending on advanced technology, enhancing the technical progress in the grain production, are the fundamental strategies to safeguard our country food security. Because the technical innovation is the power fountainhead of the advance in technology, in order to enhance the ability of our agricultural technology innovation and the transformation ratio of the agricultural and scientific and technical payoffs comprehensively, we must construct and consummate the system of the agricultural technology innovation which adapts to the development of our agriculture. Therefore, based on the systematic research on the issues of the food security in our country, my article has conducted the special study on constructing the system of the agricultural technology innovation in our country in the second part. In this part, it will introduce"the harmonious technical view"into the system of the agricultural technology innovation in our country. In the field of vision of the vision of"the harmonious technical view", it will develop a targeted study on inharmonious factors which exist in the system of the agricultural technology innovation and its construction.
