This paper mainly takes the county city of Feicheng as the research object, studies and analyzes the current situation of the construction of agricultural science and technology support system, including the achievements and difficulties of agricultural science and technology support system.After 30 years of reform and opening to the outside world, Feicheng City Agricultural and rural situation occurred earth shaking changes, agricultural mode of production from traditional agriculture further transforms to modern agriculture, rural economic system from a planned economy to a market economy the degree has been basically completed, the development of rural economy by relying on the policy oriented gradually to rely on science and technology to transform.Difficulties encountered include the following three points: 1 institutional settings are not reasonable, management system is not smooth; 2 agricultural service personnel with a serious shortage, laid-off phenomenon exists generally; 3 professional counterparts; 4post establishment is unscientific, unreasonable distribution; 5 funds seriously insufficient. The performance of the body is the weakening of traditional agricultural technology, agricultural technology promotion funds put into serious shortage,agricultural technology promotion team business knowledge structure is irrational.These problems have become the support system of agricultural science and technology to further improve the speed of poor quality.
