| After 30 years'rapid development, China has made great achievements in the field of macroeconomic. But manufacturing can't continue the rapid development that depends on cheap resources and low-cost labor anymore. At the same time as the development of electronic information technology, there is generating new service models in the commodity circulation. As the basis of industrial system, Logistics industry plays a significant role in restraining the development of other industries. Above two trends need a strong logistics capabilities and efficient logistics operations systems. So it is necessary to research the development stage of logistics industry, the enterprises'technical efficiency and the factors that affecting the technical efficiency.The meaning of technical efficiency is defined first in this paper, then five methods of computing the technical efficiency are evaluation analysis and compared. Based on the advantages of SFA method in calculating and comparing the technical efficiency, SFA is selected to measure the enterprises'technical efficiency. According to the economic characteristics of logistics enterprises'production function, the input-output variables in enterprise's financial statements are classified and the Cobb-Douglas production function is used to analysis the enterprises'technical efficiency. Comparing the technical efficiency of seven sub-sector logistics industries, the horizontal and vertical differences of technical efficiency are found.When measuring the affect factors of technical efficiency, Hausman test is selected first to determine that the random effect panel data model is used and then the standard Tobit model is used to analysis the impact factors according to the distribution of efficiency values in this paper. By finding the factors that significant impact the enterprises'technical efficiency, the theoretical guidance to improve the technical efficiency of enterprises in the future are proposed. |
