SME Organizational Structure Change In The New Economic Environment

Since the1990s, human society have entered a new economic era which bases on hightechnology and the information technology revolution develop rapidly. It makes the market toimprove the degree of inter-enterprise and the collaboration between enterprises become moreand more close. Change in the market environment has become increasingly complex and fast.This new wave of economic based on knowledge economy, virtual economy and networkeconomy has significant impact on Small and Medium Enterprise’s survival environment andbrings tremendous pressure to enterprise organization. Enterprises have the problems ofimperfect management system, low business operation efficiency and poor competitive ability.Besides the enterprise resources are not allocated evenly, the personnel and developmentissues have become increasingly prominent. For these problems, we are able to find somereasons in the organizational structure. In order to deal with this pressure effectively,companies need to break the shackles of its own structure. Transforms in the organizationalstructure will be the key to achieve survival and develop in the new economic environment.Therefore, it is necessary to study the changes in the organizational structure of the enterpriseunder the new economic environment.Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of changes in theorganizational structure and and domestic and foreign research status. Secondly, it introducesthe influence of the new economic environment on the organizational structure, and describesthe organizational structure theory in detail.Then, the paper gives some suggestions to theproblems of Small and Medium Enterprises,and gives the Changes procedure aboutorganizational structure. Finally, this article uses Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method toevaluate a real estate enterprises’ effect of change, complete the change evaluation.All thesepromote the development of the company SA.
