The Research Of Efficiency Of The Third Party Logistics: Knowledge Management Perspective

Logistics industry in the economic and social development plays an important role as one of important industries, it is important not only its own value and significance of the economic and social development as a whole provides an important "logistics." With the global process of gradual economic integration and further intensified global competition, third-party logistics companies in Europe and the United States has made considerable development. Compared with these countries, China's third-party logistics companies started late, and there are many problems of logistics efficiency. Solve the efficiency of third party logistics, third party logistics enterprise development is not only the need for the whole society dictates of their demands. This article attempts to knowledge management perspective, the efficiency of our third party logistics issues.This article can be divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction, the main contents of the background and significance, research and commentary, thoughts and methods, innovation and difficulty;The second part reviews the research associated with the basic theory, including knowledge management theory, the theory of third party logistics and the theory of knowledge management application in the theory of Third Party Logistics;The third part of the development of third party logistics environment and situation, including the macro environment analysis, competitive environment analysis, supply and demand analysis, development situation analysis;The fourth part, discusses the efficiency of the existing third-party logistics problems and causes;Part V mainly from the perspective of knowledge management, from the macro and micro levels suggested a solution of the third party logistics efficiency response.
