Research On Production Schedule And Control About Multi-Varieties And Small-Batch Based On Lean Prodution

Lean production is an advanced mode of production. Its core idea is to reduce inventory, reduce waste, and build highly flexible, highly efficient production system. The pursuit of lean production methods is a balanced, rapid response, flexibility production, which will meet the needs of the market. Its basic principles and methods have a positive meaning on the development of enterprises that is small quantities of many varieties.Firstly, by investigation and analysis of the production operation of the status of the HFT, we found the problems and found their reasons. Secondly, make use of lean production principles and method to the HFT mainly in the following areas:Production control:establish new production planning and control system and use KANBAN principle of lean production methods to pull production so that production control; Inventory management:use ABC classification method to raw materials of HFT to classify inventory, and use the time series model to the relevant demand for raw materials to predict. Establish a safety stock model, and carry on an empirical analysis, so that effectively reduce inventory. Purchased by the model, we can effectively reduce the average inventory levels and overall inventory levels, which saves inventory costs; Shop Floor Management:carry on 5S management activities in the HFT company to improve the quality of the staff, which greatly improved the workshop's appearance.Through the initial implementation of lean production, we have made gratifying achievements in inventory control, quality control and customer satisfaction, which deepen the implementation of lean production in the future to and has laid a good beginning of implementation of lean production. At the same time, the implementation of lean production in HFT plays a certain reference to many other varieties of small quantities enterprises.
