Research On The Impact Of Foreign Direct Investment Upon Export Trade Of Shandong Province

With the developing of the global economic integration, the contact of export trade and foreign direct investment is more and more obvious. The foreign direct investment is becoming the most important influence factors of export trade in some countries. Theoretically, foreign direct investment can enhance a country or region's export trade, but specifically, different countries or regions have different economic base and different investment policies, the type of foreign direct investment they attract is also different, so that the impact of foreign direct investment had a difference. This paper choose Shandong Province as the research object, use empirical analysis to explore whether or not foreign direct investment have an impact on export trade in Shandong Province, the extent of the impact , and how to better use this influence to enhance export trade in Shandong Province.The paper first defines the basic concepts of export trade, introduces the evaluation index of the export trade, reviews the theory about foreign direct investment and export trade, and theoretically analysis how to foreign direct investment impact on the export trade. Secondly, this article analyzes the development process and characteristics of foreign direct investment in Shandong Province. Through longitudinal comparison and the lateral correlation with Jiangsu Province, praised the strength of export trade. Based on this, analyzed the trajectory between foreign direct investment and export trade, propose there may be have relationship between them. And then select the total exports and the export structure which are the two most representative evaluation indexes, through the empirical analysis to know that foreign direct investment does have affection on the export trade of Shandong Province, as well as know the extent of this impact. On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper researched that how dose the foreign direct investment in Shandong Province enhance export trade, and what obstacles Shan Dong province still have. Finally, according to the problems that have been found, proposed the strategy to better use the impact to enhance export trade of Shan Dong province.
