Study Of FDI's Impact To Liaoning's Export Trade Structure

With the deepening of economic globalization,international trade and foreign direct investment(FDI)in China's economic growth plays a function is more and more big,gradually formed the FDI and export trade influence each other,interaction of the situation.Most scholars believe that the foreign investment can not only bring the domestic enterprises to develop much-needed funds,but also through the way of technology spillover,improve the level of the host country enterprise technology and management,finally realize the improvement of production efficiency.Since the reform and opening up,the policy of opening up to the outside world has increased the amount of foreign direct investment flowing into our country.Liaoning province has received more attention from foreign investors with its location advantages.Especially after 2003,relying on the revitalization of northeast old industrial base of liaoning province of policy support,use of international capital transfer to China opportunity,make foreign direct investment and export trade growing scale.At the same time,in the process of introduction and use of foreign capital in liaoning province also have a few problems,including unbalanced development in various regions,unreasonable industrial structure.technology spillover effect is not obvious and so on,these new problems has adverse effect on the economic development of liaoning province.Although has experienced the FDI in liaoning province 2015 unprecedented"fell" precipice,but predictably,this decline is a short-term and unsustainable,the government should consider how to improve the quality of capital,reasonable adjustment of industrial structure,to be prepared for the comprehensive revitalization of old industrial bases in northeast China.In addition,in liaoning province to participate in the tide of "area" construction,considering how to actively introduce and reasonable utilization of foreign capital,for the transformation and upgrading of industries,cultivating new economic growth point of liaoning province has important guiding significance.This thesis mainly studies the influence of FDI on the export trade structure of liaoning province,which is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of this thesis.On the basis of summarizing relevant research status at home and abroad,this paper briefly introduces the research methods and possible innovation points ofthispaper.The second part mainly introduces the theory of fdi and international trade relations,and the definition of foreign direct investment and export trade structure.The third part,using the 2003-2015,13 years of annual data,the current situation of foreign direct investment and export trade in liaoning province are described respectively,the results showed that foreign direct investment and does exist a synchronous relationship between export trade,export trade in liaoning province in terms of the number and quality,after the use of foreign investment has been significantly improved.The fourth part introduces the influence mechanism of foreign capital on export trade in liaoning province.The influence of FDI to improve the structure of export trade mainly reflects in:can strengthen the competitive advantages of local enterprises,import substitution effect increases the relative export,the increase of foreign trade development opportunities,foreign capital can lead to the optimization of export commodity structure.The fifth part,for the empirical part of the thesis,in this paper,considering the changes in growth characteristics of FDI and export trade,using 1992-2015 in liaoning province foreign direct investment and export trade related data,the empirical study on the FDI annual changes on the true scale of export trade structure,export trade commodity structure and the impact of export trade mode structure.Study conclusion shows that,FDI can promote the growth of liaoning province real increase in exports,export trade commodity structure and export trade structure also for further optimization of the utilization of FDI in liaoning province.The sixth part is the conclusion and policy suggestion.On the basis of the above present situation analysis and empirical research,it can be seen that FDI,optimizing the structure of export trade in liaoning province has an important role in promoting,foreign capital can not only solve the problem of shortage of funds,still can bring advanced technology and management experience,this chapter content according to the current in attracting FDI and export trade in liaoning province the problems put forward the following Suggestions:to improve the investment environment,guide local FDI balanced development;Guiding FDI orientation and optimizing industrial layout;We will encourage research and development activities to improve technology spillover effects.The above policy proposals are intended to provide some references for the government departments to formulate the next phase of the policy.The innovation of this paper is mainly the innovation of research Angle.Through the previous literature,the survey found a lot of studies on FDI in above demonstrates the influence of FDI on macroeconomic growth,an area of research the impact of FDI on export trade structure is not much more special.Based on the decline in economic growth in liaoning province and liaoning province under the background of the formation of the trade area,study the influence of the introduction of foreign capital to the export trade structure,for the better in the future in liaoning province to attract foreign direct investment,optimize the structure of export trade,foreign trade competitiveness has theoretical and practical significance.
