Integrated Management System Research Of CE And QFD In Mechanical Products Development

With the formation of global market, enterprises are facing severe competition in domestic and international market. In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, the vast majority of enterprises in China have carried out different levels of technological innovation, one of which based on concurrent engineering (Concurrent Engineering, CE) product development. The CE makes use of integrated product development team, which taking into account the product design, technology, manufacturing, production and so on, at the beginning of the development, to reduce product development time, development costs, improve product development quality, in support of computer integrated technology. The product development, which based on Quality Function Deployment (Quality Function Deployment, QFD), is driven by market from the product feasibility analysis on the beginning, to the production. The QFD is the idea of "what" and "how to meet the" situation in which corresponds to the needs of the market will not be misinterpreted; the quality of products does not have oversight and redundancy. In the 21st century, the essence of competition is the customers. "Customer satisfaction" has become a key factor in the competitiveness of enterprises. The improvement of the competitiveness of products no longer simply relies on taking into account the nature of the product, manufacturing, assembling and so on, to improve the quality of the product in the beginning of the product development process, but will meet the needs of customers throughout the entire life cycle of product development, and develop low cost and high quality products rapidly. Integrating CE with QFD will meet the needs.This paper compared the traditional serial engineering with concurrent engineering, and proposed integrated management framework of the CE and QFD, procession integration of CE and QFD, personnel integration of CE and QFD, information integration of CE and QFD, which based on the background of machinery products. In this way, enterprises can develop products with high quality, low cost products to meet customer demand in a short time.This study of article, different from research of the previous studies in the aspects of personnel integration, has given organization pattern with crisis consciousness. This organization pattern use the way of crisis management groups putting crisis management thought into product development, use the crisis warning system for real-time monitoring that competitors adopted competitive behavior to this enterprise, timely feedback information to product development team for enterprises developing competitive products.
