Study On Schedule Management Of A Odeum Project

With the improvement of the public living standards in recent years, cultural industries are increasingly flourishing. As a carrier of high-end cultural industries,the construction of odeum mustly makes an important contribution to regional cultural development.Odeum is part of art performance construction, which is the most complex class of construction sector.As the part of the Government of key projects,the invest and construction period are demanded strictly.In a word, to make sure the project finshed on schedule and the aim of the contract achieved are particularly important to the supervisor of the agent company.Taking the theories and methods of project management,this article studies on the carrying out and controling of the schedule for the projects, in order to complete project high efficiency and energy conservation. Firstly, this article expounds the theories and methods of project management, then introduces some methods of the schedule controling. On the same time, the article introduces the project management of the odeum and design the scheduling program. Especially stressly introduced the theory of Earned Value Method and its application in this project. By analyzing the progress of the project, EVM was proved that it played a significant role in raising the achievement, ensuring the project completed under the duration of the contracts and budget.
