Stduy On H Enterprise's Aerospace Projects Based On Earned Value Method Of Critical

In recent years,China's space industry is very good,a lot of science and technology innovation achievements,lunar exploration project,satellite navigation,manned space flight and space rendezvous and docking has made significant progress,our country's aerospace business is booming.The institute undertook the rocket,the spacecraft and satellite tasks,such as more tasks put forward a new standard in the quality of project management.This paper introduce the earned value management method based on the critical path,explore without quality problem,how to effectively control the progress and cost of enterprise's aerospace project tasks,to ensure the smooth completion of the project.This paper analyzes the relevant literature on the earned value method at home and abroad,Put forward the research contents and methods of combining critical path method and earned value method.Introduced the project organization structure of H institute,analyzing the management status of progress and cost.Combine critical path method and earned value method,describe the application process and analysis method of earned value management method based on critical path.Finally the earned value management based on the critical path method is applied to the case S development project,set up project work structure decomposition,plan project schedule and cost plan,in the checkpoints through collect basic parameters of the project,calculation and analysis of earned value,Through the analysis of the whole project and the key path of the project cost deviation,progress deviation,cost evaluation index and progress evaluation index,fully understand the operation of the project.Found the risk points in the S project implementation process,and propose corrective actions,verify the earned value management based on the critical path method is effective and feasible in practical application.This has a great significance for the management of H enterprise's aerospace work.
