Research On Invest Risk Management Of Grid Enterprises

In order to make state grid more strength and safety, our country's grid still needs lots of investment. These investment not only need money, but also need manpower and material resources. The investment of grid is not like other industry, it need huge money and long time to building and return back. If the investment get warp, we can't fix the losing, and it will form huge waste. There are many factors can influence grid's investment, just like social factor, nature factor, economy factor from the ourside of the grid, decision-making process, building process, run process from the inside of the grid. The article summarizes the basic steps of invest risk management which including 4 parts:risk identification, risk assessment, risk monitoring and risk control. Accroding to the feature of each part, we propose the corresponding methods and models. The result of these models can enhance risk management capability of grid.This article analyze the characteristics of grid enterprises'investments and identify grid investment risks. We summarize grid investment risk for 3 parts:internal risk, external risk and integrated risk. Then we use ISM model to analyze the transmission relationship between investment risk factors. At last we define the structure of these risk factors.In order to measure the investment risk in accurate data, we build AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to assess risk. Firstly we use AHP model to calculate the weight of each index, then we use fuzzy mathematics to process the results of expert evaluations, the combination of two methods can make the results more objectivity and accuracy.This article also do some research on the issues of reasonable range of grid investment. We give some indexs which can monitor the investment risk. We also give the calculation process of these indexs, so it can make the whole risk management process get more practicality and operability.
