Establishing a unified modern logistics information system is an inevitable trend in the day of logistics and resources which were turned in a kind of benefits. Supply chain establishment's function is formulating and using the relevant resources properly, and finally it will come into being an integrate system. It is supported by high-degreed information, carried out in the ways of cooperation and win-win. Meanwhile, with the additions of capital, logistics and service as a medium, and it will achieve the goal of supply chain's value continuing increase. Apart from other material supplies' peculiarity, power industry material supply has its own peculiarities of an integration of production, supply and marketing.The theories of this thesis is based on the necessary conditions of modern logistics management, the influences of E-ecommerce technology to logistics progressing, the peculiarities of power material management, and then confirm the feasibility of using E-ecommerce in power material management by given instances. On the basis of expounding the theories of supply chain construction and analyzing the problems in Pandian material management, afterwards, this thesis will give a thought of solution to the problems of martial management which is found on supply chain. Through the investigation of overall design scheme of SCM system of this thesis, it definitudes the position of SCM system of EPR and the total system structure, and gives a solution of connecting the information systems among other electric stations. It explains the thoughts of the professional design, the shortages and problems of current system by its items of basic data maintain, material plain, finding resources and purchasing, reserve management, and the supplier management, and then presents a solution and professional procedures to solve. Ultimately, this thesis expounds the probable risks in the future, key points and difficulties during the executions, and at the same time, it analyses the economic interests and social benefits whether the system operated in Pandian Company. I hope it will helpful to improve the situation of electric industry material management, to offer some experiences, and develop the capability of people to collectivize the supply chain management mode for power logistics.
