This article focuses on the xingtai region in order agricultural development present situation, this thesis uses the theories of contract economy, agro economic management and institutional economics as the theoretical direction and the research approach of case study method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in order to quest the administrative mechanism of default risk in made-to-order farming and interrelation and behavioral tendency of all participants, to get measures for breach of order agreement. It can give the theoretical support and the solution about further development of made-to-order farming.The first section is literature review,which includes the chapter one and two. It summarizes the research status in this field at home and abroad. From the heuristic procedure of the farming, the part also introduces the concept, general speculative knowledge, theoretical origin, principal modes and characters of made-to-order farming and the importance about developing made-to-order farming.The second is investigation and analysis, which includes the third chapter. The problems of the risk management system of the farming in Xingtai district are given by investigation and analysis. This part also researches default risk from subjects and internal and external environments.The third is conclusions and measures, which includes the fourth and fifth chapter. The counter-measures about the farming'standardized management are given in this part. At present, innovations such as risk evading mechanism, micromanagement and service, macro policy in the development of made-to-order farming are needed to better itself and increase its'application effect.
