At present, China has entered a stage of continued expansion of social risk,land- expropriated peasants as the special social group generated by the behavior of government,their rights suffered serious damage.With the expropriation of land,land security as the core of a peasant family old-age security model has appeared crisis,Meanwhile the Rural areas lack the pension system,measures of reform is Inadequate,the number of land- expropriated peasants is huge,Some of the land-expropriated peasants have no lands,nor have jobs and social security,Therefore,how to solve the problem of old-age security for the land- expropriated peasants properly,and consummate the government's responsibility in the system construction has become increasingly important.The Government must play its due role in this process,the establishment of the pension security system of land—expropriated peasants needs guidance from government.Firstly,this paper indicates the process of urbanization continues to accelerate,it describes the situation of the land-expropriated peasants accurately Through a large number of data,at the same time ,this paper describes the importance of pension security system of land—expropriated peasants,and then it analyzes the current situation of the pension security system of land—expropriated peasants.
