The Communications Research Institute of group A provides the technical support for the communications company A, and becoming the"innovation engine of the Group"is the strategic positioning of the Group Research Institute A. The mission of innovation and the character of the R&D enterprises make very high demands for the individuals and the organizations. However, the current statement of the study and training in Research Institute is not very well. There are many reasons for this problem, involving not only the stages of enterprise development issues, corporate strategy, culture issues, but also the enterprise staff management issues. So we need to fix this problem to improve the unsatisfied statement and satisfies the need of learning to the industries, group and the Research Institute. This article references a learning organization research, to solve the problems come from the study and training in Research Institute, to improve the organization's learning ability and build the learning organization.Based on a review of the previous studies on learning organization, this paper describes the learning organization from several aspects and especially summarizes achievements of its construction model and self-growing function. In order to explore valuable approaches to the establishment of learning organization in A, the paper further analyzes the current stage goals of building learning organization and examines the construction model from the perspective of management.Then, this paper macro analyzes current status and goals of the research institute of group A, provides a learning organization agent model with self growth function according to the method conducted by analysis. This model mainly includes knowledge system, dynamic system, learning process, self growth mechanism and culture environment related to learning organization.Later, given by the existed theory of organization learning disabled and learning organization structure model, specific target for learning organization establishment in research institute are confirmed based on the concrete analysis of current learning quality status of research institute. On the basis of the learning organization agent model established by this paper,"learning and development"system are proposed to be set up in research institute, also, the specific principles and method are provided for knowledge system, dynamic system, learning process, self growth mechanism and culture environment.Experience indicates that it is in accordance with"learning and development"system in research institute of self growth learning organization agent model. Learning and training circumstance in research institute are also improved from many perspectives, such as knowledge, learning, personnel development and limited management. What's more, it possesses abilities of self consolidation and continuous development, which support research institute forward to learning organization.
