ABSTRACTSince the adoption of China's reform and opening up policy and Bring In policy as the leading role, the country's economy is gradually keeping pace with world economy. By means of effective utilizing large amount of international capitals, state of art technologies and managing experience, China's industrialization process has expedited and economy has rapidly developed. In that case, the corporate competitiveness also becomes stronger. Meanwhile, to conform with economy globalization, we should expand our vision globally and build a new economic system to guarantee the achievement of China's socialist modernization and long-term sustainable development. Given this situation, many state-owned enterprises, especially the state-owned key enterprises have explored their way to go globally since the 1990s. Even been through a lot, they gained much more precious experience during this period. However, some excellent enterprises still encounter many obstacles and problems under the globalization process. How to deal with these problems and how to get more new opportunities? The Chinese enterprises are in need to solve these questions in a long period of time. Recent years witness many state-owned key enterprises have made great progress in their globalization drive, with great overseas sales and growth of export volume. These enterprises begin to probe new idea of development and to realize overall internationalization.Enterprise internationalization strategy is the way the enterprises choose to create their unique predominance in global market according to their own situation. On the basis of full scale of economy, the maximization of enterprise value can be reached by means of effective integration and coordination of internal and external resources as well as setting up and implementing business strategy in accordance with market demands. China Potevio Company Ltd., as a key state-owned enterprise under direct leadership of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), its main business covers manufacture and trade business of telecom products, relevant technical research and services. With the continuous development of China telecommunication industry, China Potevio is now a domestic leading IT equipment manufacturer and service provider. To further explore overseas business, a set of effective and feasible internationalization strategies is urgently needed for the company's stable and sustainable development. This thesis starts with analyzing the background, importance and necessity of China Potevio's internationalization strategies and then putting emphasis on how to make the strategies and details of these. The final part is research on the strategies adjustment on three respective aspects of macro-economic environment, industry development trends and micro business operationThe thesis is divided into 6 chapters:Chapter 1 is research idea, method and summary of research theories; Chapter 2 is introduction of China Potevio Company and briefing of industry situation; Chapter 3 is background information and importance to develop the strategies as well as why should make the strategies by analyzing industry situation and going out policy of state-owned key enterprises etc; Chapter 4 is details and evaluations of the strategies, researched from the aspects of macro level background information, status quo of the company in the overall industry and company's SWOT etc. Chapter 5 is the strategies self-adjustment and improvement during the internationalization process, emphasized on macro-economic environment change, industry development trends and company's own situations etc. Chapter 6 is conclusion of the thesis.Strategic management knowledge, SWOT Analysis and PEST Analysis as well as Five Forces Models are used in this thesis.
