HY Group Development Strategy Research

As the medical reform constantly goes deeper,the competition in the pharmaceutical industry is becoming more and fiercer.Meanwhile HY group also meet a series of challenge.Therefore,how to maintain the existing advantage and continue to improve his core competence which turn into the issues need to be resolved at present.The thesis analyzed mainly the problem of HY group by means of using relevant theory of strategy management.First of all,it analyzed the external macroscopic environment by PEST model.Secondly it analyzed HY group competitiveness by Porter's five forces model.again it analyzed marketing?financing human resource and core competence,finally it indicated advantage and disadvantage of HY group and the challenges?threat and come out development strategy and present the suggestion for strategy implementation.
