An Analysis Of The Development Strategy Of State-owned Enterprises In Shizuishan

This paper analyzes the strategic management of state-owned enterprises in ethnic minority areas,and analyzes the relevant theories and evolution of strategic management in this paper.Taking the Xinghan Group Co.,Ltd.,a large state-owned enterprise in Shizuishan City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example,weaknesses(W),Opportunity(O)and Threat(T)of XingHan Group Co.,Ltd.,and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the Company's internal and external environment;The results of the SWOT model are quantified by using the ANP analysis method to select the WO strategy as the future development strategy of Xinghan Group,and put forward the safeguard measures of strategic planning and strategy implementation.
