| ABSTRACT:Along with the development of information industry, enterprise information system continues to expand the scale; more and more enterprises take attention to JIT purchase. JIT procurement can significantly improve the economic benefit of enterprise, so many businesses start on JIT purchasing patterns, and set up with the corresponding information system. But the practice of such advanced information system with the expected effect often there is a huge gap target, prompting people have to re-examine and evaluation of JIT acquisitioning mode of information system of the performance. How to measure and evaluate the information system performance under the mode of JIT procurement is also a concern, gradually become the focus of attention of the theory and managers.This paper firstly studies from the information system under the objective reality of JIT purchasing pattern, then based on these studies, combining the performance evaluation related theory, uses the advanced evaluation method, puts forward the index system model of information system comprehensive performance evaluation based on key performance indicators (KPI) and the balanced scorecard (BSC), and discusses the establishment of evaluation index system; The author focuses on introducing the process of confirm weight of performance evaluation index by using the software named Super Decisions; Finally the article make an example, gather basic data by questionnaires and calculate the value of comprehensive evaluation, which prove the feasibility of the evaluation model.The model of information system performance evaluation based on BSC and KPI overcome the drawbacks of the indexes' imbalance of the traditional evaluation model, and the application of software make the results could reflect the performance of information systems more scientific and accurate. This method present new way of information system performance evaluation and it is of significance for the research of the JIT purchasing application development. |
