A Study On Industrial Chain Of Camellia Industry And Cooperating Pattern In China

With domestic oil sowing area slow growth and cooking oil demand expansion, Chinese oil market dependence degree is further improved to 60%.As our country's own woody fuel species, camellia oil has high edible health value. If we promote to plant camellia, we will got economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits. But our camellia industry development is facing a lot of serious problems. This paper is based on Agriculture industry chain theory, and use econometrics and statistics to research Chinese camellia industry chain.Firstly this paper sets a limit for the conception and scientific intension of industrial chain on the basis of correlative theory research, and expounds the chain's construction and various formation, which makes a framework for analysis of it. It also gives a definition for camellia chain and its construction, according to camellia technological and economics process. Then this paper makes an overall research about camellia chain from two angles. The first, it dissects each link of the chain, such as the production, process, circulation and trade of camellia. For each link, it analyses its action, actors, situation and problems. The second, on the basis of discussing about the chain, this article analyses the cooperation pattern of camellia industry. According to the feature and problem of the chain, in the light of present environment with which camellia industry is faced, the paper puts forward basic thought about development of the industry.
