21st century is a time of brand competition. As the carrier of a brand, trademark means the economy strength of an enterprise, a region and even a country. If an enterprise could hold famous brand and products, always keep high reputation of its brand and trademark, this enterprise can take advantage in market competition and hold high market shares, which will lead to more economic incomes.In recent years, minor enterprises have developed rapidly. They play important roles and devote a lot in the development of our national economy. However, minor enterprises lack the sense of trademark strategy. This situation impacts their development speed. This essay gives the reason by a general introduction of trademark, trademark strategy, definition of minor enterprises and relevant theories, and the investigation of trademark strategy implementation of minor enterprises of our country in current stage. It is the research on trademark strategy which can fit the minor enterprises in our country by combination of relevant theories and examples. At last, it proves the practical value of this essay by giving a sample analysis of BBK Communication Company.
