Study On The Cost Liquidation Of Common Delivery In The Retail Chain Business

In the new development situation of modern logistics, distribution plays a more and more obvious role in manufacturing, retail and modern logistics enterprises with the further popularization of electronic commerce and the door to doer delivery service. An efficient logistics distribution system is vital for enterprises to reduce logistics cost, improve the management efficiency and improve customer service. Nowadays the demand of consumers increasingly tends to be exquisite and personalized, such characteristics as diversities, small amounts and multiple batches appear in the replenishment of retailers followed by logistics distribution mode with high frequencies, less batches, quick response and timeliness. Since many enterprises carry out distribution separately, it has caused high cost of distribution, immense pressure on city traffic and certain effect on environment. Carrying out common delivery of retail chain industry in cities is to adapt to this change in an effective way.Common delivery in retail chain industry has obvious economic benefits and good social benefits. The government and enterprises are paying more and more attention to common delivery. An important factor affecting the implementation of common delivery is the reasonable allocation of distribution cost among the enterprises. The operation and promotion of common delivery depends on whether this problem can be solved fairly.On the basis of previous research result, this paper interprets the basic theory of common delivery, analyses the developing status of distribution system in the retail chain industry, and how to implement common delivery in the retail chain industry is deeply studied. The paper covers from the concept and pattern of common delivery, the social and economic benefit, also the necessity of implementing and the difficulty of common delivery, to the cost liquidation of common delivery in the retail chain industry. The paper mainly discusses one big problem, which is puzzling the common delivery alliance operation—that is expenses liquidation among the enterprises. Under the guidance of the concept of cooperative game, "Shapley Value" cost liquidation model of common delivery based on risk sharing is established. Besides the common delivery mode of the Group of Beijing Trade Co., LTD, as a professional third party logistics service supplier, is analyzed. Solution of a specific example verifies the validity and rationality of the liquidation model by using LINGO software, which draws the conclusion that common delivery can actually reduce the logistics cost of retail chain enterprise greatly. At last, a series of suggestions and management strategy are given according to the existing problems and difficulties of common delivery in the retail chain industry.The study of my paper aims at providing helpful guidance to retail chain enterprises, which try to survive and develop in the fierce market competition by implementing common delivery to enhance core competitiveness. Also hope it can promote the sustainable development of China's logistics industry to a certain extent.
