In recent years, the developed countries, such as Japan, Europe and America, have made much development in the domain of common-delivery. The logistics model that can bring the social efficiency and the economic efficiency is being paid attention gradually by Chinese. However, as"the expense personalization"and"the user is God"appears, the customer is high regarding the allocation time request. The common-delivery question that satisfied the customer time request urgently is being waiting to be solved.In view of the question, under the hypothesized organization management model, this paper established"the consideration time restraint same industry common-delivery model"and"the consideration time restraint different industry common-delivery model". They cause the cost to be lowest and satisfied the customer. When the individual customers have surpassed the lowest cost for the time request, that is, when the partial time restraint cannot satisfy is unable to common delivery, in other words, the two models have non solution, this paper designs"the consideration time restraint common-delivery supplement solution model". Through extracting the"bottleneck set"that causes the model non solution, and bringing the model, causes under many kinds of allocation way, had achieved customer expense request which and is willing to withstand to the time. Then, established the model same place with front, the paper has solved the different type, the varying degree time restraint together allocation question. And had proven by the case this article model and"the supplement solution module"may satisfy the customer to time each kind of request, and reduced the transportation cost. Moreover, this model uses the way which the circulation solves, so, it is easy to solution applying the computer programming.At last, this paper confirmed the model can solve questions through the concrete instance. And further confirmed the"common delivery"can save more cost and enhanced more competitive power than"to do things their own way".
