With the rapid growth of China's banking, market competition becomes increasingly fierce. As a joint stock commercial Banks of China's banking a powerhouse in the new situation, how to implement appropriate market competition strategy overall improvement in the competitive advantage, to provide high quality, social economy, high efficiency of financial services, is an urgent important topic.This paper on a lot of data, based on the analysis to Michael potter market competition strategy theory as a foundation, take enterprise management, strategic management, marketing, commercial bank management basic theory and analysis method of China's banking, first of status and development trend are described, and analyses the problems existing in the joint-stock commercial Banks; With SWOT analysis method of the joint-stock Banks huaxia bank strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, using potter five competitive forces model of five tool industry is analyzed, the shareholding commercial bank development faced opportunities and threats, and their advantages and disadvantages; Finally using the market competition strategy on the market competition strategy of huaxia bank is analyzed and design:1, market segments, implement strategic focus to develop new business;2, focus on the development of electronic banking business, get through marketing and settlement channel, compensate for lack of outlets disadvantage;3, implement differentiation strategy, creating a "small micro enterprise financial services"; 4, strengthen develop retail business, remedy the market competition short board.Research results although is based on a single competition strategy of huaxia bank analysis and design, but for the whole share-holding commercial Banks internal and external environment changes to the consistent with their own development, create market competition strategy, promote enterprise's core competitive ability, have certain reference significance.
