Canadian Foreign Direct Lnvestment Law And Foreign Policy Studies_and The Reference For The Chinese Lnvestment Law

With the economic globalization, the investment liberalization has developed rapidly. Countries have introduced preferential policies for foreign investors to attract large foreign investments to develop its economy at the same time, and also expand outside in order to achieve their maximum profit and win-win situation for the purpose of national economic development. Canada is no exception, the Canadian government has developed, modified and improved the investment laws and regulations in a manner for its own foreign investment law and foreign investment policies to be adjusted to adapt to rapid economic development and investment liberalization needs. Canada's investment environment is perfect. In this paper, I make an analysis of the Canadian investment laws. Learn from the experience of foreign investment legislation in Canada, meanwhile basis on our country in investment and the accumulation on China's investment and foreign investment legal, the improvement of the investment environment were discussed.This paper is divided into four chapters, in the first chapter I introduced the Canadian foreign direct investment legal, the definition of foreign direct investment and foreign direct investment in Canada, the positive and negative impact on the explanation.This is the matting on below.In the second chapter, I introduced the foreign direct investment in Canada's policy and a detailed description of the law, the Investment Canada Act, investment in the Canadian legal system and then elaborated the main components of the detailed description.In the third chapter, I described the Canada's foreign investment policy. Through Canada presently for their enterprise overseas investment introduced, the status of the foreign investment promotion, the protection and the control system were analyzed.In the fourth chapter, I had compared the investment environment in Canada and China. I proposed to perfect the foreign investment law and foreign investment law. I made recommendations for foreign laws legislation mechanism and legislative content, China's foreign investment and guarantee mechanism.
