Research On Minimum Wages Institution Of Beijing

Implementing the minimum wage system in China aims to protect low-income workers of legitimate rights and interests, and to meet basic material needs of daily life. With rapid economic development, china needs to make low-income countries to share the fruits of economic development, and at the same time that is also a necessary requirement to build a socialist harmonious society.However, whether the implementation of the minimum wage system achieves its original intention? The minimum wage system is one of the intervened means of government to force market. Whether this measure affects the market mechanism and cause losses? The current minimum wage is appropriate? The minimum wage system makes these questions, and we need a systematic in-depth research.In this paper, I collected series of data for basic to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the minimum wage system in Beijing. Firstly, this article makes a comprehensive analysis of the minimum wage system theory, which is provide theoretical and practical guidance for China. Secondly, this paper compared with other major cities and with per capita GDP, average wages and a series of indicators to give a clear positioning of the current situation in Beijing. The fourth chapter use methods of gray relational analysis and regression analysis to study the affecting factors, and to judge whether the minimum wage in Beijing is scientific and rational. The fifth chapter is supplemented by regression analysis and calculating the weight to make the time series prediction and to research adjustment mechanism in Beijing. Finally, based on analysis of previous chapters this paper tries to give the relevant policy recommendations for policy reference.
