From the angle of design, humanization is that when designing products, manufacturers take man-machine engineering, aesthetics and other aspects into consideration in pursuit of being perfect, aiming to truly realize the purpose of'technology is human-oriented', that is to say, humanization design is the combination of science and art, technology and humanity. Scientific technology provides solid foundation and better functions to design, while art and humanity fulfill the design with the aesthetics, flavors and vitality. Humanity is concrete embodiment of thoughts, at the same time, is aesthetic which makes things easy for consumers according to operation styles and life styles, not only satisfy consumers'function demands, but also mental demands.Product design originates from satisfying people's demands, and what is the most related with includes physical demands and mental demands. The physical demands in the paper is about discussing demands on man-machine interface and demands on intellectualization, furthermore, mental demands is the demands on aesthetic consciousness, including color, material, light, shape and text, and the paper will unfold from these aspects.From the viewpoint of different types and consumers, we can divide consumers demands into several types, analyze their life environment and personalities to know demands on color,according to which make color matching. People feel surface feature of materials through vision, touch, etc., which bring people different feelings, send off emotion of itself all the time. Therefore, we can take it as a breakthrough to analyze different automobile types material matching. The relation among light, color and material is subtle and complex, furthermore relation between light and color involves complementary colors, especially when a beam of color lights up an object of other color, the object color will change. Gloss beauty is that people sense the aesthetic which material surface refracts lights, but interior material do not allow driver to dazzle. Relation between color and material is that they both exist, and can be alone. Besides, same color with different materials and same material with different color can create distinct emotion. Consumer electronics trend of advanced man-machine interface is reflected on automobile interior electronics soon. We make these man-machine interface controls more flexible, more humanized and more suitable for our use habit. By means of market research we can conclude where human machine interfaces have disadvantage ,design style on which consumers have more fun and influence factor on human machine interface humanization design.As the rapid development of internet, satellite communication and blue-tooth wireless technology, people can exchange text, voice and image data with environment, just sitting in the car. They can communicate with other vehicle through GPS and remote information process system to get traffic jam information on time, acquire own position, finally arrange and optimize the driving route according to destination and traffic situation. It is obvious that automobiles become more and more smart, but the problem over- intellectualized products bring to us need to be considered thoroughly and deeply, when intellectualized machine start to take the charge of massive work or replace human to doing their daily work, then what else can human do and where are we going?outstanding design needs designer to create the life style consumers most needed,analyze modern people life problem to know nourishment for the mind which consumers lack,we can take it as breakthrough to study 3 design angle,they are home design concept,simple design concept and characteristic design concept respectively.,and have relevant design practice.For China, automobile interior Humanization design belongs to a relatively new field, although there are plenty of enterprises having already conducted research and practice, due to wide and complex automobile interior factors, faint automobile interior design and dim domestic automobile culture, to well establish automobile interior design system seems to be a unrealistic dream. This paper includes carrying on systematic study of automobile interior humanization design, applying advanced design theory to the whole interior design, what's more, eliminating the defects of design. Under the tendency of globalization, exploring, continuing and creating the design, discussing a feasible automobile interior design patterns are the problems to be solved urgently. The author uses system, case, analysis and synthesis methods to study the six factors influencing the development of automobile interior humanization design, finds out the relation among these factors, and investigates how these factors affect the development of automobile interior humanization design, which hopefully will provide reference to native automobile interior design.
