Automotive industry is currently the most widely associated industry in the world. The automotive industry developed to drive the steel, fiber, glass, machinery and other manufacturing industries associated with the development. We can state that the position of car industry in the manufacturing industry is affecting the entire economic development. Vehicle development is not only for domestic users, users of the exporting country, but also depends on a deep understanding of their lives, economy, culture, history,and the other factors. To the needs of these markets as the background, automotive Interior Design takes about 15% of automotive research and development investment. People's expectations of the car's appearance gradually overtakes the expectations of the vehicles intrinsic quality,it is not only the pursuit of car control but more artistic. Before production, vehicle gets a good assessment of perceived quality evaluation in the car magazines will enable it successfully comes to market, which affects the future development of their respective vehicle group. The importance of the "perceived quality" and "perceived value" is gradually emerged. Since the Reform and Opening-up to now, China's modern industrial design has made great progress, but there is also a great gap compareing with the foreign development and experience of century. Such as some managers in business have weak design consciousness, and think design is not the essential factors of enhance the competitiveness of products, in order to obtain immediate economic interests, eager to imitate without thought and innovation.Product design evaluation based on the human, material, technology, structure, maintenance, cost perspective is what we are good at, but, if we associate these factors with some specific business union, we can get more interesting conclusions after reevaluation. In this paper, a simulation program developed at the beginning (that is, the design phase) on the implementation of a good "design management" to achieve①improve vehicle technology effects. Competitors to improve or achieve the loading capacity, power, comfort, reliability, fuel economy and other technical performance, reduce pollution, safety and convenience and so on. These can be used as the critical assessment, and its is often the important design goal.②improving the car's artistic effect. Change the old forms, to create new and beautiful form, which is the cars' critical feature in the competition, it often is the design purpose.③the economic effects of automobile commute. Adjustments to the grade of the product line, adjust the cost and price, in order to improve the car's competitive position in the market.④improve the car's image. If users have bad image of old model, you need to make the product to a new image appeared on the market. Based on analysis of automotive body design aesthetic principles of the art of aesthetic characteristics of study to explore the laws of automotive body design aesthetics and elaborate analysis, detailed research is an important means to this topic.Analogy:analysis of automotive body parts and body design aesthetic characteristics through different periods, different regions of cars, different types of auto contrast. The existence of design management and development has their special social needs, its contents, basic methods, techniques is affected by many objective factors. Scrutiny issues in all aspects of the relationship between the sources and build a relatively complete basic academic theoretical framework to guide the design and management, research and practice to sort out and express design ideas, guide the design process. By using the design management to process designing, clarify factors affecting creativity and innovation, find the relationship between productions design and producing. Good design is the premision of the good process, design and management is very important. It will integrate culture into market and customers, then affect the corresponding design. A perfect design management, will fit all the problems with the environment then give a proper solution.
