The father of management Peter F.Ducker once said: there was only one real resource of enterprise—people. People-oriented management raised the high tide in both theory and practice domain, since it had been introduced in 1980s'. Experts began to study the theory of people-oriented management and its fusion, development in China systematically, enterprises and organizations established and developed this kind of enterprise culture in abundance. The success obtained by enterprises contributed largely to the mature of Chinese businesses and the development of productive forces.The thesis studies on the people-oriented business culture, which, we can also say, the human management pattern of enterprise culture. The purpose of the paper is to explain the theory basis and the main contents of this pattern, through the using situation in the big enterprises and the remarkable effect. The paper also tries to give some advice to every enterprise about the culture establishment in the real work. I used literature material method, system analysis method, comparative analysis method, development view method and diagnostic method while writing this paper, all of which were the cornerstone of the powerful proof. The first chapter is the theory outline of people-oriented management, including the connotation, the essence, the feature, the essential factors and the theory frame. The second chapter elaborates the relations between the people-oriented management and the enterprise culture, this chapter introduces enterprise culture first, and then explains the same essence of them, the conclusion is that the people-oriented management is one pattern of enterprise culture. The third chapter tells the rich contents contained by this pattern in details, focusing on the stockpiles of the talented person, the effective drive, the study organization, the team construction, the staff enterprise plans and the contribution to society. To make the elaboration have persuasive power, this chapter ends by the IBM's successful culture. The last chapter analyses the shortcomings and the solution of this pattern in our country. In conclusion, the people-oriented management pattern of enterprise culture is very scientific and effective, it should be used widely.In modern society, in which competition becomes more and more intense, the outstanding enterprise culture, namely the people-oriented management pattern of the enterprise culture, is the wise choice to make the enterprise thriving.
