| ABSTRACT: Food safety is closely linked to the people's health and the stability of the country. Food cold chain is the most effective means of food safety. It can reduce the risk of food deterioration. But there are many problems in food cold-chain of china. One of the most important reasons is the food cold-chain's high cost. In order to solve these problems, it is imperative to find a method which can reduce the cost of food cold chain as far as possible.This dissertation tries to find a way which can reduce logistics cost without logistics service level lowering. We have focused on the replenishment of food chain's supply-hub after some research. The milk-run which was mostly used in automobile manufacturing industry has been introduced into food cold chain's replenishment. In the dissertation, the VRP mathematical model of milk-run has been established, and it was worked out with tabu search algorithm. Finally, the advantage of milk-run has been proved through an empirical analysis.11 figures,13 tables and 51 references are included. |
